Diamond Services maintains three complete units for piledriving.
Teman / Rig Runner / Liftboat (Self Propelled) D-30
Rig Runner is a 600HP Work barge. 115' x 28' x 7' self propelled pile driving rig with a 108 Link Belt crane (42.5 ton), drop hammer, 185 air compressor, 200 amp welding machine, tools, air drills, chain saws and all equipment needed for pile driving. See photo and data on MV Rig Runner.
Teman is a 480HP Work barge. 95' X 28' X 7' self propelled pile driving rig with a 108 Link Belt crane (42. 5 ton), drop hammer, 60' leads, 185 cfm air compressor, 200 amp welding machine, tools, air drills, chain saws and all equipment needed for pile driving. The Teman has 2 spuds to hold the barge on location for pile driving.
Liftboat D-30 is a liftboat with 65' legs. All of the above equipment are crewed by trained, licensed personnel; experienced in all phases of the towing industry. See photo and data on liftboat D-30.
Diamond 85 / Diamond Jim / Lay Barge 5 (not Self-Propelled)
Lay Barge 5 Fully equipped to operate on spuds and/or anchors.
Hammers
Air and Diesel Hammers, Pile Driving Drop Hammers Diamond Services has a variety hammers/miscellaneous rental equipment and facilities for pile driving.
The pile driving division at Diamond Services has personnel that are well versed in driving all types (wood, concrete or steel) piles for any and all applications such as production platforms, bulkheads, wharfs, clusters, keyways, etc.
