The M/V Discovery is capable of burying 2" to 60" diameter pipe in water depths ranging from 20' to 400' by jetting as deep as 10 feet below the sea floor. It is also used for hydrostatic testing, diving and ROV support, coring, cable lay and pipeline construction. It uses dynamic positioning combined with an eight-point mooring system. It has a 12' x 12' moonpool, Manitowoc 3900 crane and A-frame.
